- 1 cup oats
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Splash of Maple Syrup
- Butter or oil, for cooking
Add all ingredients (except butter/oil) to a blender and blend until smooth
Heat a greased skillet over medium heat
Pour batter into small pancakes
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through
Serve warm
