Maple Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Splash of Maple Syrup
  • Butter or oil, for cooking

Equipment

  • Spatula
  • Non Stick Skillet
  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients (except butter/oil) to a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat
  3. Pour batter into small pancakes
  4. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through
  5. Serve warm
