Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Sourdough Bread
  • 1 Avocado
  • cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2-3 strips Roasted Red Pepper
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Flaky Sea Salt
  • Honey
  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Toast sourdough
  2. Mash avocado and spread as base layer
  3. Top with Cottage Cheese
  4. Top with roasted red pepper, torn basil, flaky salt and pepper
