  • 2 slices Sourdough Bread
  • 1 Avocado
  • cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2-3 strips Roasted Red Pepper
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Flaky Sea Salt
  • Honey
  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Toast sourdough
  • Mash avocado and spread as base layer
  • Top with Cottage Cheese
  • Top with roasted red pepper, torn basil, flaky salt and pepper
