  1. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, garlic seasoning, salt and pepper until smooth. our onto a greased parchment-lined sheet pan and spread into an even layer.
  2. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes, until set and lightly golden. Let cook slightly before filling.
